Announcing the Resolutions of Board Meeting THE PEARL REIF

The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 4 held on 10/03/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

A fund management body meeting was held on the 10^th of March 2026 at 10:00 PM and the following decisions were taken:

 

1.      Approve the date, time and agenda items for the Annual general meeting scheduled for the 30^th of March 2026 at 10:00 PM via the MCD portal.

2.      Approve the fund management body report for the period ending December 31^st 2025.

3.      Approve the audited financial statements for the period ending December 31^st 2025.

4.      Approve proposing the dividend distribution of 5.78 Baisa (Total OMR 3,424,237.71) per unit for the period ending December 31^st 2025. Record date will be registered unitholders on 30 of March 2026.

5.      The appointment of Mr. Alsalt Moosa Al Nabhani as Secretary of the Fund Management Body.
