Cairo – Mubasher: Technical analysis indicates that the stock of Sharm Dreams Company for Tourism Investment is trading in a strong upward trend above a steeply angled ascending trend line, reflecting the strength of the movement and accelerating buying momentum.

The stock's movements are consistent with our previous outlook, as the EGP 24.30 level formed a strong support base that propelled the price towards EGP 27.90, a target the stock successfully reached.

Mubasher Research highlighted that the stock is currently facing pivotal resistance near EGP 39.55. A break above this level would likely extend the upward movement toward EGP 40.35–41.22. A break above this level would support a move towards 42.40.

Meanwhile, the 37.83 support level must be maintained to avoid short-term pullbacks and preserve the current upward momentum.

Technical indicators point to positive performance. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is moving above the neutral level, while the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) is showing positive signals.
