Raysut Cement Company (SAOG) wishes to inform its esteemed shareholders that the Company’s Board of Directors has convened its Meeting o at 03:00 PM on Thursday 12, March, 2026, where the following resolution was passed:-

Accepting Resignation of the Company Legal Head/Advisor and Board Secretary:

The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Mr. Abdullah Hamdan Al Darei from Company Legal Head/Advisor and Board secretary as of 12 March, 2026 due to personal reasons.

The Board will announce the appointment of a new Legal Head/Advisor and Board Secretary in due course.
