Resignation of Chief Audit Officer

Oman International Development & Investment Company SAOG (“Ominvest”) would like to disclose that Mr. Muneer Al Mughairy has resigned from his position as Chief Audit Officer of Ominvest to pursue another opportunity. The Board has approved his resignation, effective 15 March 2026.

The Board of Directors expresses its appreciation for the efforts made during his tenure at Ominvest and wishes him continued success in his future professional endeavors.
