Further to Oman International Development and Investment Company SAOG (“Ominvest”) disclosure dated 18 February 2026 regarding the Board of Directors’ approval of the sale of Ominvest 80% equity stakein Jabreen Investment Ventures SAOC, together with certain international investments,to a strategic investor (the ‘’Transaction”).

Ominvest would like to disclose that, following further discussions with the strategic investor and after thorough evaluation, the parties have mutually agreed not to proceed with the Transaction. This decision was reached as the parties were unable to finalize certain key commercial terms.

Ominvest confirms that there is no impact on its financial position, and it remains committed to pursuing opportunities that enhance shareholder value.
