1. Qais bin Saud Al-Zakwani
He has over 25 years of experience in telecommunications and public services. Currently, he has been serving as CEO of Nama Water Services for four years. He began his career at the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, where he contributed to issuing the second license for a telecom operator (Ooredoo). He then moved to the electricity regulatory sector, progressing until he assumed his current role. He holds a Master’s in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford, a Master’s in Regulation of Utilities from the London School of Economics (UK), and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Finance & Economics) from the University of Louisville, USA.
2. Atif bin Said Al-Siyabi is the Chief Information officer at the Oman Investment Authority (OIA) in the Sultanate of Oman. His track record extends to more than 22 years in Information Technology and business transformation. His experiences vary from hands-on experience leading innovative technology solutions and system operations to transforming business operations and driving technological advancements. He is involved in various investment initiatives in the ICT sector, where he has been leading numerous assignments, devising comprehensive strategies, and delivering several ICT projects at the national level. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Hardware and Networking Technology (Hons) from Coventry University and a Master of Business Administration from Franklin University. He also attained Professional Leadership Development Certificate from HEC Paris. He is a Board Member of Bank Nizwa SAOG.
3. Mohsin bin Abdulmajid bin Raja
Chief Financial Officer of Asyad Group, with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. He holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce & Economics from Sultan Qaboos University. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asyad Shipping Company.
4. Rasha bint Abdulhussain Suleiman
Senior Director – Private Equity Investments in the technology sector, leading portfolio management, investment opportunities, and due diligence. She has over 20 years of experience in private equity, direct investments, and technology investments. She holds a Master’s in Finance & Investment from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Sultan Qaboos University.
5. Khalid bin Talib Al-Hasani
He holds a Master’s in Audit & Consulting Management (2005), a Bachelor’s in Accounting (1996), and a CIA professional certification (2004). With over 27 years of diverse experience in financial management, investment, and auditing.
6. Ashraf bin Hamad Al Maamari.
He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OQ and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Sultan Qaboos University. He possesses more than 17 years of experience in organizational leadership and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OQ Exploration and Production.
7. Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Farsi
CEO of the Social Protection Fund. He holds a PhD in Commercial & Business Law and a Master’s in International Trade Law. He is a Board Member of Bank Muscat and Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company.
8. Aimen bin Ahmed Al Hosni
held the position of CEO of Oman Airports and is acclaimed for his important role in elevating Oman Airports to a significant status globally and for his substantial contributions to the national efforts in transforming Oman's aviation sector. Under his leadership, major airports in the Sultanate were launched between 2015 and 2018, a period marked by numerous prestigious regional and international awards and accreditations. Beyond his notable achievements in aviation, Al Hosni holds key executive positions in various national and international companies, including Chairman of Oman National Engineering & Investment Company SAOG and member of the Sohar International Bank.
9. Al-Sayyid. Zaki bin Hilal Al-Busaidi
held the position of CEO of the Institute of Public Administration. He has vast experience in quality management systems, organizational structures and human resource management. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom. He is a member of the State Council, and member of the authority Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). He is a board member of an insurance public listed company.
10. Salah bin Abdullah Al-Shamsi
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Marketing. He has over 26 years of experience at Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company, plus three years managing a retail supermarket chain.
11. Bassam bin Tariq Al-Jamali
He holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance. He has experience in central banking, credit bureaus, accounting, finance, auditing, and payments systems.
12. Nooh Abdul Hameed Al-Zadjali
Mr. Nooh Al Zadjali is an organizational development professional with extensive experience in organizational design, corporate governance, project management, policy and procedure development, and quality management. He currently serves as a Consultant / Management consultancy Services at TAKATUF Oman one of Oman Investment Authority entities, supporting organizations in enhancing operating models and effectiveness.
He holds an MSc in Human Resource Management (Talent Management & Development) with Distinction from the University of Lincoln (UK). Nooh is a CIPD Associate, certified in Lean methodology, and a graduate of the National Leadership Program “Etimad” at the Royal Academy of Management.
Throughout his career, Nooh has held leadership roles across multiple sectors in Oman, including power and utilities, logistics and supply chain, tourism, and finance and insurance. His professional approach focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to strengthen governance, ensure compliance, establish robust performance frameworks, and deliver sustainable, measurable outcomes.
