Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Marketing Company (Farm Superstores) announced three key appointments for a period of four years until 20 March 2030, according to a bourse filing.

The company named Hazem Fayez Al Aswad as Chairman and Maher Hazem Al Aswad as Vice Chairman.

Furthermore, Maher Hazem Al Aswad was announced as the Managing Director.

In the nine-month period that ended on 30 September 2025, Farm Superstores logged net profits amounting to SAR 20.03 million, an annual decline of 2.10% from SAR 20.46 million.

Similarly, the revenues fell by 1.89% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 1.34 billion from SAR 1.36 billion.
