With reference to circular (3/2025) issued on 5th February 2025 by Muscat Stock Exchange (“MSX”) regarding the policy guideline for listed companies, and in the interest of enhancing market transparency and supporting investors in making informed investment decisions, Sohar International Bank SAOG (‘the Bank”) advises that the Policy has been successfully uploaded on the Bank’s Investor Relations website – link:  Policy
