1- Mr. Omar bin Ahmed bin Abdullah Mahfoodh Al-sheikh
Mr. Omar bin Ahmed bin Abdullah Mahfoodh Al-Sheikh degree of business administration from the same the university. Mr. Omar held the position of finance manager in Al-Shanfari & Co. from 2001 to 2013 and is currently serving as the Deputy CEO of Dhofar Insurance Company SAOG and is a Board Member of Dhofar International Development and Investment Holding Company SAOG., and a member of the Board of Directors of the Omani Insurance Association, and a member of the Board of Directors of Dhofar Gas Company, and a member of the Board of Directors of Oman holds MBA from the University of Southern Colorado, United States of America. He also holds bachelor’s Gulf Food Company.
2- Eng. Abdul Qadir bin Ahmed Alawi Al-Haddad
He holds a Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering from Hatfield University, UK, and an MBA from the United Kingdom. He worked as technical affairs director for water and director general of water at the Office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar and Deputy Mayor of Dhofar Municipality and he is turned on as well the position of Governor of Mir bat in Dhofar Governorate until his retirement in 2022.
3- Sheikh. Abdullah bin Ahmed Bakheet Al Shanfari
He obtained a general diploma from UK in 1979 and an accounting diploma in 1981. He held various positions in the Ministry of Oil and Minerals during the period from 1973 to 1985 and worked as deputy financial controller at Oman Oil Refinery from 1985 to 1991. He is the chairman of Al-Haffa Al-Ahlia Co. board member of Dhofar University and board member and in charge of Salalah operations in Al-Shanfari Group of Companies as well as member of the Municipal Affairs Committee of the Wilayat of Salalah.
4- Sheikh. Mustafa bin Abdul Qadir Salim Al Ghassani
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Institute for Higher Studies in Tunisia. He worked in the Ministry of Information as a television program author with an experience extended for 26 years. He is currently working in the field of entrepreneurship and an honored member of the State Council during the seventh period (2019 - 2023). He is the board member of Dhofar Beverage Co. and board member of Dhofar University. And Member of the Board of Directors of the Omani-Chinese Friendship Association. And member of the Municipal Council of Dhofar Governorate during the first term from 2012 to 2016
5- Omar bin Ahmed bin Said Al-Gharibi
Has over 37 years of experience within the Royal Court Affairs, during which he held progressively senior leadership positions culminating in Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs. He possesses solid expertise in financial and operational management and corporate governance, with a proven track record in strengthening internal controls and enhancing institutional efficiency. He contributes his experience to supporting strategic decision-making, managing risks, and achieving institutional sustainability.
6- Mohsin bin Naji bin Mohsin Al-Yafai
with over 33 years of experience at the Royal Court Affairs of Oman (1988–2021), during which he held several senior leadership positions, including Assistant Director General of Financial Affairs in Salalah, Assistant Director General of the Secretary General’s Office in Salalah, Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Director of Follow-up, and Deputy Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs. He possesses extensive experience in financial and administrative management, decision support, planning, monitoring, and enhancing institutional performance efficiency. He holds a Master of Business Administration (2014) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (1988).
7- Mr. Ramez El Amoudi
Mr. Ramez El-Amoudi holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Commerce. He is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) and a holder of the Professional Risk Manager (PRM) designation.
He has over 22 years of experience, primarily in the GCC region in areas such as financial advisory, corporate finance, investment management, asset management, risk management and Mergers & Acquisitions.
He has worked on multiple transactions involving nurturing, acquiring and divesting from businesses. He has served on the boards of many companies as Chairman / Vice Chairman / Director across industries including real estate, construction, healthcare, and investment.
8- Mr. Salah bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al-Shamsi
Mr. Salah Al Shamsi has over 28 years of experience in strategic leadership and management, with a strong track record in driving organizational transformation and operational excellence. He holds an MBA from the United Kingdom and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the USA. Currently, he serves as Head of Strategic Planning and Risk Management at Al Maha Petroleum leading cross-functional teams across strategy, risk management, and Fuel Station network development. His experience includes leading major development and investment projects, conducting feasibility studies, corporate restructuring, and delivering innovative business solutions. Furthermore, he is equipped with extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, and customer service in addition to the development and management of retail chains, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops.

9- Mr. Nooh bin Abdul Hameed bin Issa Al-Zadjali
Is an organizational development professional with extensive experience in organizational design, corporate governance, project management, policy and procedure development, and quality management He currently serves as a Consultant / Management consultancy Services at TAKATUF Oman one of Oman Investment Authority entities, supporting organizations in enhancing operating models and effectiveness.
He holds an MSc in Human Resource Management (Talent Management & Development) with Distinction from the University of Lincoln (UK). Nooh is a CIPD Associate, certified in Lean methodology, and a graduate of the National Leadership Program “Etimad”
Throughout his career, Nooh has held leadership roles across multiple sectors in Oman, including power and utilities, logistics and
supply chain, tourism, and finance and insurance. His professional approach focuses on aligning people, processes, and technology to strengthen governance, ensure compliance.
