The elected Board Members of A’Saffa Foods held a meeting on Thursday March 26, 2026, at 3:30 PM

and passed the following resolutions: -

  

vEng. Ali HilalAli Al Kuwari has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

 

vMr. Qais Abdullah Moosa Al Kharusi has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

 

vMs. Amira ElAtta IbnOuf  as the Secretary to the Board.
