We would like to inform our esteemed shareholders that the Board of Directors of National Gas Company (SAOG)held its meeting on 25 March 2026, following the election of a new Board of the Company at the Annual General Meeting. , and  Board resolved the following:

1.  Sh. Abdulla Suleiman Al Harthi as the Board Chairman

2.  Mr. Khalid Said Al Wahaibi as the Board Vice Chairman

3.   Ms. Noor Khalfan Al Habsi as Board Secretary
