Arabia Falcon Insurance Company SAOG advises the Financial Service Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors that further to the invitation for Annual General Meeting to be held on 31st March 2026, it has received nomination forms of the below candidates for the election of the vacant board seat. The appointment of the candidates below remains subject to shareholders' approval at the AGM

1.    Mr.Ghassan Wazen

Mr. Ghassan Wazen holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Jean Ray University. He is a Senior Insurance Executive with over 35 years of experience in the MENA region and Europe. He currently serves as Chairman of Cope RE Holding, is a board member of Arope Life Egypt, and serves on both the Board and Audit Committee of Arope P&C Egypt.
