The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 2 held on 29/03/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The newly elected Board of Directors held a meeting immediately after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in which the following decision has been taken:

·         Ibrahim Said Badar Al Eisri was elected as the Chairman of the Bank

·         Qais abdullah Moosa Al Kharusi was elected as Deputy Chairman

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
