Muscat Gases Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Financial Services Authority (the “FSA”), the Muscat Stock Exchange (the “MSX”) and the investors’ community that it has received a written notice from Al Wahaj Alazrak for Manufacturing LLC ("Blue Gas") on 25 March 2026 containing information relating to an acquisition offer to acquire shares held by the other shareholders of the Company in accordance with the Takeover and Acquisition Regulation (FSA Decision No. 2/2019)(the “Takeover Code”).

Further information in respect of the above will be duly disclosed on the MSX in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
