Amendment to the Disclosure of the Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting, Item No. (5), held on 24 March 2026

 

We would like to inform that the total number of shares after the 10% increase in the share capital, at a rate of (one share for every ten shares), will be 50,342,377 shares.
