The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 6 held on 30/03/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

30^th March 2026

 

Subject: Disclosure of the Resolution on the Formation of the Board of Directors of Oman Flour Mills Company (SAOG)

Oman Flour Mills Company SAOG (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board of Directors was convened following the election of a new Board at the Annual General Meeting held on Monday, 30^th March 2026, for the purpose of forming the Board. Accordingly, the Board resolved as follows:

 

1.    To elect Mr. Ahmed Ali Sulaiman Al Bulushi as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

 

2.    To elect Mr. Salim Ali Said Al Hinai as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

 

 

3.    To appoint Ms. Afnan Farid Nasser Al Mughairi as Secretary to the Board of Directors.

 

4.    To constitute the Board committees as follows:

 

First: Audit Committee

1.    Mr. Mohammed Talib Hamed Nabahan Al Busaidi - Chairman of the Committee.

 

 

2.    Mr. Salim 'Abdullah Khalfan Al Ma'mari - Member of the Committee.

 

3.    Mr. Abdullah Saif Salim Al Hosni - Chairman of the Committee.

 

 

 

4.    Mr. 'Abdullah Khalfan 'Abdullah Al Mezeini – Member of the Committee.

 

5.    Ms. Afnan Farid Nasser Al Mughairi – Secretary to the Committee.

 

Second: Executive, Nomination and Remuneration Committee

1.    Mr. Ahmed Ali Sulaiman Al Bulushi - Chairman of the Committee.

 

2.    Mr. Salim Ali Said Al Hinai - Member of the Committee.

 

 

3.    Mr. Salim 'Abdullah Khalfan Al Ma'mari - Member of the Committee.

 

4.    Mr. Humaid Said Hamdan Al Mashrafi - Member of the Committee.

                                                      

 

5.    Ms. Afnan Farid Nasser Al Mughairi – Secretary to the Committee.
