The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 01 held on 30/03/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Subject: Disclosure of Board Reconstitution and Subcommittees

 

Dhofar Refreshments and Foodstuffs Company SAOC announces that its Board of Directors will meet on March 30, 2026, to form the Board and its subcommittees. The Board resolved the following:

 

1-Mr. Mohammed bin Aufit Abdullah Al Shanfari was elected Chairman of the Board.

2-Mr. Ahmed bin Ali Salem Qatan was elected Vice Chairman of the Board.

3-Mr. Omar bin Salem Abdullah Al Dhahab was appointed Secretary of the Board.

4-The subcommittees of the Board were formed as follows:

First: Audit Committee:

 

1- Mr. Ahmed bin Ali Salem Qatan, Chairman of the Committee.

2- Mr. Mohammed bin Aufit Abdullah Al Shanfari.

3- Mr. Salem bin Issa Ahmed Al Maashani.

 

Second: Executive Committee, Nominations, and Remuneration.

1. Mr. Ali bin Bakhit Ali Kashoub, Chairman of the Committee.

2. Mr. Salem bin Mubarak Salem Al Shanfari, Vice Chairman.

3. Sheikh Mustafa bin Abdulqader Salem Al Ghassani, Committee Member.

 

4. Mr. Ramez Al Amoudi, Committee Member.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
