              Board of Directors Resolutions 

 

The Board of Global Financial Investments Holdings S.A.O.G held a meeting on Tuesday 31st of march 2026 at 3:30 PM and made the following resolutions:

Mr. Hassan bin Ehsan bin Naseeb Al-Nasib has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Mohammed Suliman Ahmed Al-Hoqani has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
