Further to our disclosure on the approval of 15% cash dividend by our shareholders at their Ordinary Annual General Meeting held on March 30, 2026, National Finance is pleased to announce that the company has transferred the funds to the Muscat Clearing and Depository Co. (MCDC) on 1 April 2026.  MCDC shall transfer the dividend to the shareholders’ bank accounts, in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements, within seven working days from the date of the meeting.
