Disclosure of Board of Directors

 

The National Real Estate Development Investment Co, SAOG Board of Directors approved in their meeting held on Monday date 29 Mar 2026 the following decisions:  

Approved the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and Auditors report, Director’s report, Corporate Governance report, Discussion and Analysis report and recommended these reports for approval from the shareholders in the AGM which will be held on 19 Apr 2026.
