‏Subject: Sale of Land

 

‏Refer to the Extra General Meeting of National Real Estate Dev and Investment Co, SAOG was held on 3 Jul 2025.

‏The National Real Estate Development & Investment Company S.A.O.G wishes to disclose that it has completed the sale of one of the land plots owned by the company, located in Al Khuwair area, with plot numbers 2231.

‏The sale was completed on 4 Feb 2026 with a total sale value of OMR 1,150,000/- (One Million  One Hundred and Fifty Thousand  Omani Riyals).

‏This disclosure is made in compliance with the transparency and disclosure requirements of the Muscat Stock Exchange .
