The project aims to achieve a comprehensive digital transformation of the National Library of Oman, located within the Sayyid Tariq bin Taimur Cultural Complex, through the implementation of an integrated system based on robotic solutions for smart transport, as well as automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS). This is supported by artificial intelligence–driven software for collections management and the automation of circulation and inventory processes using advanced digital identification technologies. The initiative is expected to enhance operational efficiency and establish a sophisticated technological infrastructure that improves user experience and supports the Sultanate’s strategic direction toward innovation in the cultural sector. |
