We would like to inform you that Mohammed Al Barami, Advocacy and Legal Consultants’ Office (the “Firm”) has been appointed to render Board Secretary and Legal Adviser services to Raysut Cement Company SAOG (the “Company”).

The Company confirms that the decision was made by the Board of Directors after ensuring that the Firm possesses the requisite experience and qualifications to effectively perform the duties and responsibilities of the role, in accordance with the provisions of corporate governance and the applicable regulatory requirements.
