Update on Legal Case

Raysut Cement Company SAOG would like to inform the Financial Services Authority, Muscat Stock Exchange, and its esteemed shareholders that, further to the previous disclosures regarding the criminal case No. (30/7600/2025)  filed against the former Board of Directors and Executive Management for the period from 2018 to 2022, the latest of which was disclosed on 23 February 2026, the Criminal Division of the Court of Appeal (in a different panel) in Muscat issued its following decision during the hearing held on 5 April 2026:

Further to the Public Prosecution representative’s statement that the Prosecution has commenced preparing the required reports and requested an adjournment to submit them, the Court decided to adjourn the hearing to 26 April 2026 for the Public Prosecution to submit the required reports.

Shareholders will be informed of any further developments in this regard.
