The CEO, Mr. Salama Khalil, submitted his resignation from his position for personal reasons, as the Board of Directors approved the resignation at its meeting held on 3/31/2026, and Mr. Khalil is scheduled to continue performing his duties for a month from that date.

The Board of Directors also decided to assign Mr. Anan Al-Zagha, Head of Financial Management, to the duties of Acting CEO, effective May 2, 2026, for a period of two months.
