Announcing the Resolutions of Board Meeting MUSCAT GASES

The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 03/2026 held on 08/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Muscat Gases Company SAOG (the “Company”) would like to disclose that its Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 08 April 2026, has resolved to terminate the employment of the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Imad Al Sabbagh in accordance with the contractual notice period and it will be effective from 9^th April 2026.

The Company would also like to disclose that it has appointed Mr. Khaldoun Dib as the new Chief Executive Officer with effective from 9^th April 2026. Mr.Khaldoun will assume his duties on subject to all official, legal and medical clearance.

Khaldoun Dib is an energy sector executive with over 30 years of experience in gas infrastructure and market development across MENA. He holds an MBA from ESCP-EAP and ESA Business School, a Diploma in Organisational Leadership from the University of Oxford, and brings strong board-level leadership in strategy, governance, and institutional stakeholder engagement.

The Company will disclose any further relevant information in a timely manner.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
