Invitation for MSX Discussion Session – H2 2025.

FINCORP SAOG would like to apologize for not presenting the discussion session scheduled for April 7, 2026, due to difficult circumstances with the internet network and invite investors and analysts to participate in the discussion session which will be held on Wednesday April 15, 2026, at 11:00 to present the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, which was disclosed on MSX website on March 3, 2026.
