Oman & Emirates Investment Holding Co SAOG – Preliminary Financial Results for the year ended 31^st March 2026

 

Oman & Emirates Investment Holding Co. SAOG (“the Company”) hereby discloses the preliminary financial results for the year ended 31 March 2026.

 

The Company, (Group & Parent) report Net Profits of RO 4,205,057 and RO 4,685,368 respectively (compared to Group & Parent earned Net Profits of RO 363,085 and RO 701,012 respectively as at 31^st December 2024). The details are as follows:

The above comparison has been made with the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, being the most recent approved financial results, considering the change in the Company’s financial year-end from 31 December to 31 March henceforth.

 

Accordingly, the current financial period represents a transitional period comprising five quarters, ending 31 March 2026. In this context, the financial results for the period ended 31 December 2025 correspond to the third quarter (Q3) of the new financial year ending 31 March 2026.

 

The above results are preliminary and subject to audit, as well as review and approval by the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
