Riyadh - Mubasher: Tam Development Company announced Firas bin Ghazi bin Ibrahim Al Mutrafi as the new CEO, effective 15 April 2026.

This appointment follows the resignation of the former CEO Abdullah Anwar Mohammed Yousef on 14 April, according to a bourse filing.

Tam Development highlighted that the leadership change supports its next phase of transformation toward becoming a technology-enabled solutions provider. 

The new CEO is expected to focus on scaling offerings, accelerating delivery, and expanding across priority sectors.

Al Mutrafi brings over 16 years of executive experience, including his recent role as COO at AHAD Business Services.

In this role, he led operational transformation, scaled solution-based offerings, and managed multi-year engagements exceeding SAR 1 billion across real estate, healthcare, and government services.

He also has experience in governance and managed services platforms and holds an MBA from IE Business School, along with Harvard Business School’s General Management Program.
