In continuation of the disclosure published on 31 March 2026, Musandam Power Company SAOG (“the Company”) announces the appointment of Ms. Noor Mohammed Al Wahaibi as Compliance Officer, effective 15 April 2026.

It is noted that Ms. Noor Al Wahaibi holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Auditing, and Finance, and currently serves as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, in addition to her role as an Assistant in the Finance Department of the Company.
