The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 002 held on 15/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The Board of Directors of Sohar Power Company SAOG is pleased to inform the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following in its meeting held on 15 March 2026:

1-      The Board reviewed and approved the unaudited financial statements of the Company for the period ended 31 March 2026 along with the Board of Directors’ Report.

 

 

The unaudited financial statements can be viewed on the website of Muscat Stock Exchange and the Company’s website at www.soharpower.com.”

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
