Pursuant to the disclosure published on the 9^th of April 2026 which included changing the dates of convening the Ordinary Annual and Extra Ordinary General meetings to be at 2:00 PM on Thursday the 30^th of April 2026 through the electronic platform of Muscat depository and clearance company and the second meetings are scheduled at the same venue and time on Sunday the 3^rd  of May 2026,

 And because of FSA’s refusal of the agenda of the Extra ordinary general meeting its convening has been cancelled and the date and time of convening the Ordinary annual general meeting for the financial year ended on the 31^st of December 2025 has been changed to 3:00 PM on Sunday the 3^rd of May 2026 through the electronic platform of Muscat depository and clearance company and the second meeting is scheduled at the same venue and time on Monday the 4^th  of May 2026,
