Barka Water and Power Company SAOG (the ‘Company’) advises the Financial Services Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors (‘Board’) held on 20 April 2026:

| The Board reviewed and approved the unaudited interim financial statements of the Company for the three months period ended 31 March 2026 along with the Director’s Report.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
