The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 135 held on 20/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

1.    The Board recommended to sale the company’s entire stake in Al Anwar Ceramic Tiles Co. SAOG of 28.63% consisting of 62,979,465 shares through strategic buyer/s or in open market operations or mix of both and to achieve the best price possible.

2.    To call an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 21^st May 2026 to authorize the Board of Directors to conclude the divestment of the company’s entire stake in Al Anwar Ceramics Tiles Co. SAOG subject to approval of regulatory authorities.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
