The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 2 held on 26/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Sub: Unaudited Condensed Financial Statement for the Three  months ended 31^st   March  2026.

 

We would like to inform you that the board of directors of Dhofar Insurance Company SAOG held the board meeting on Sunday 26^th  April 2026 and approved the unaudited condensed financials for the three months ended 31^st  March 2026.

 

Profit  after tax of  2.673 million for the three months ended 31^st  March 2026 as against a profit of 1.900 million compared to the same period last year.

 

The financial statements and related notes will be uploaded in Muscat Stock Exchange  website .
