The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 2 held on 27/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Board of Directors resolutions’ disclosure 

 

Sharqiyah Desalination Company SAOG (the “Company”) advises the Financial Services Authority, the Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors community that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors number 2/2026 held on 27th April 2026 at 12 pm in the Company’s headquarters in Muscat: 

 

1. Approval of the Directors Report as at 31st  March 2026.

2. Approval of the Unaudited Financial Statements as at 31st  March 2026.

3. Approval of the Appointment of SASLO to conduct Corporate Governance Training to the Board Members .

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
