The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 2 held on 27/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The Board of Directors of Abraj Energy Services SAOG met today, 27 April 2026, and approved the unaudited financial statements for the three-month period ended 31 March 2026, which will be made available on our page in MSX website.
