Disclosure of Resignation of Chief Financial Office

Muscat Gases Company SAOG “the Company” would like to disclose to its valued shareholders and the market that the Board of Directors, on 26 April 2026, has approved the resignation of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by circular Mr. Sami Fayed for personal reasons.

The resignation shall be effective from 26^th April 2026, in accordance with Oman Labor Law and working regulations.

The Company will take the necessary steps to ensure continuity of its financial operations and will announce any further developments, including the appointment of a successor, in due course.
