The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 5 held on 28/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, 28^th April 2026, approved the unaudited Financial Statements as per IFRS 17 for the three months ended 31^st March 2026 and approved the Board Director’s Report. The Board noted that the unaudited result of net profit was OMR 1,503,308 (Rial Omani One Million Five Hundred and Three Thousand Three Hundred and Eight Only) for the period ended 31^st March 2026 as compared to a net profit of OMR 218,337 (Rial Omani Two Hundred and Eighteen Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty-Seven Only) for the same period last year.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
