The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 4 held on 28/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The Board of Directors of Arabia Falcon Insurance Company (SAOG) met on Tuesday, 28 April 2026 and the following approvals were made:

1-      The Board of Directors of the Company reviewed and approved the unaudited financial Statements of the Company for the three-month period ended 31 March 2026 as recommended by the Audit & Risk Committee.

2-      The Board of Directors ‘Report for the three-month period ended 31 March 2026 was approved.

3-Profit after tax for the three-month ended 31 March 2026 was net loss of RO 80,250 compared with net profit of RO 489,623 for the same period last year. The financial statements with related notes will be uploaded in the MSX website

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
