Please note that the un-audited financial statements and the Board of Directors’ report for three months period ended 31^st March 2026 were approved by the Board of Directors of Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Ltd. SAOG on 29^th April 2026. It has been approved to upload the XBRL file to the MSX portal of Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Ltd. SAOG.
