The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 02/2026 held on 29/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

1.The BOD approved the un-audited FS for Q1 ended on 31/03/2026.

2.Disclose the FS as per the applicable rules

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
