The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 4/2026 held on 29/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

1.      The unaudited financial statements for the 1st quarter that ended on the 31^st  of March 2026 be approved,

2.      The board of directors’ report for the 1^st   quarter that ended on the 31^st of March 2026 be approved,

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
