The board of directors proposed, during its meeting held at (time) on 30/04/2026  10:00 AM ,

raising the company’s capital through right issue at a percentage of 21.35 of its capital. This shall lead to increase in the Company's capital from 702508187 Omani Rial to 852508187 Omani Rial. The offered price will be (if any ) with a premium of(If any).

*The Market shall be informed with the record date, once specified, and at least five working days before the date of acquiring such right.
