The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3 held on 29/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

·         The unaudited financial statements for the 1st quarter that ended on the 31st of March 2026 be approved.

·         The board of directors' report for the 1st quarter that ended on the 31 of March 2026 be approved.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
