| The Board of Directors of Muscat Finance SAOG met on 30th April, 2026, and the following decisions were taken:

1- Approved the un-audited Financial Statement for the 1st quarter ended 31st March, 2026. The un-audited Financial Statement will be uploaded on the Muscat Stock Exchange website.
2- Approved the Directors Report for the 1st quarter ended 31st March, 2026.
