The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3 held on 30/04/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The Board of Directors of OQ Base Industries (SFZ) SAOG (“OQBI” or the “Company”) held its meeting on 30 April 2026, during which it:

1-     Approved the unaudited financial results

2- Approved the resignation of the Board Secretary (AlZubair Al Mahri) and appointed interim Board Secretary
