Further to the disclosure made on the 29^th of March 2026, regarding the Shareholders’ approval on the dividend distribution in the form of free Mandatory Convertible Bonds (MCBs) at the Annual General Meeting, we are pleased to inform our Shareholders that Financial Services Authority has approved the prospectus for the MCBs on 6^th May 2026. The MCBs will be allotted to the shareholders of Ahli Bank SAOG as on

the record date (29^th March 2026) and the issue date of the MCBs shall be 6^th May 2026.

The detailed prospectus for the MCBs will be available on Muscat Stock Exchange Website.
