Subject: Disclosure of Sukuk Al Musharaka Programme

We are pleased to inform the market that Dhofar Islamic has successfully established 250,000,000 (Two hundred Fifty million) Sukuk Al Musharaka Programme.

The first series under the Programme has been issued for  5,000,000 (Five million) for a 3-year period at an indicative profit rate of 5.00% per annum.

The first series Sukuk will be listed on Muscat Securities Exchange. Any further details will be announced if needed.
