In compliance with the disclosure regulations, this is to inform that Mr. Yaman Samman has resigned from the service of OQ Exploration and Production S.A.O.G. (the "Company"), on 3^rd May2026 for personal reasons.

The Board has accepted his resignation today, 6^th May 2026, his last day will be 6^th June 2026.  The Board would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr. Yaman Samman for his efforts and wish him all success for his future.
